Workin on My Fitness

Roughly two weeks out and I'm doing surprisingly well. I haven't hit the "OH CRAP, WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH MY LIFE?!?" phase just yet. My NCLEX studying occupies most all of my day except for when I periodically leave my cave and venture downstairs to scavenge for food or to leave for the gym wearing exactly what I had slept in. It's a glorious life.

So I've begun to hit the gym pretty hard after about two solid years of inactivity. During/after my first BodyPump class my body turned into solid unstable jelly. I couldn't even raise my arms over my head to stretch them without looking like Professor Gilderoy Lockheart had just cast the Brackium Emendo spell on me.

And later that week, to my demise, I accidentally stumbled into an advanced Yoga class. Whiles I was ogling at the hot man directly in front of me I became distracted by the contortionists to my left and right, and the only thing that was going through my mind was:

"Okay, this is fine. They are just Mutants and their mutant powers IS TO DO THIS!!!"

It's okay. I'll show them all when this is me:

  2. There are a few things I have to say about this post. 1. I HATE that you would rarely go to the gym with me and now you think you are some kind of gym bunny posting blogs with the title from Fergie songs. 2. I LOVE the pictures, but what I would love more, is a picture of you trying to mimic them. next entry please. 3. Don't you dare get all hot and blonde and stop talking to me.
